This is very good hotel that I suggest to everyone could come. Thay have very good room and view to service. And Khun Emmy, she have very good smile and helpful. Everytime when I need help with someting, I can contact to her. The food is very delicious and they have very big pool for you can relax during your summer time.

Very fun experience! The tour guide was very nice and help u take pictures. The scene is beautiful! Definitely recommend!

Allegedly 5 star with a whiff of sewage

Looks 5 star with a lot of effort being made by the staff working here. Arrived 11am being placed at the pool at 34deg and 90% humidity after a 16 hour hike by plane as the room was not ready. ( there a 10 complexes with rooms) so I do doubt it. Check in required a cash! Deposit in $ not Baht which I found odd. We entered our room at 2pm and being greeted with a foul stench of sewage which kinda seem to go away over the first day but always lingered in the bathroom which hasten had a door. We did not use the house bar as just a small coke is $8. Next nite we had the disco😬. All lights flickering. Management sent up technicians to “fix”it. But after two hours ( it’s now 11.30pm) we been reaching for the torch following by the disco again. Approaching management again we had to move with all belongings walking down to a low lever” abode” of lesser value. No apology by management either or compensation for our trouble. The new room given is very noisy for a 5 star hotel due to its vicinity to the spa and housekeeping. Had dinner at the vista restaurant at the main hotel on Sunday. I got sick from the food within 5 hours vomiting with diarrhoea alleged food poisioning which later was confirmed by the doctor in town I had to seek out. I spend 4 days in bed sick in our room. Management mentioned they had obtained samples of every meal they cook. Not true either. Never had an apology but the manager he’s the audacity to mention I would have had food elsewhere. I did… at the sizzle roof top bar which is the same hotel a day before. However the seafood Wasent that fresh either. The hotel is 3-4 star at best. It’s not that clean at closer look. Management rude and arrogant do stand your ground with requests as they try to deny anything above the line. It’s all about your cash… not the service they alleged to plead. Also bring a map of the hotel as you will get lost in this maze of walkways between rooms. Without a caddy service … you get lost in the concrete

Beautiful stay

We arrived late in evening to the hotel, it was beautiful welcome. The hotel looks great. There was a small problem at the begining of our stay, the manager Jagdish Patel was outstanding and wonderful man to help resolve the situation straight away made and he made our stay perfect. Tthank so much for helping us out and looking after us so well. This hotel is a beauty, we made the correct choice to stay here, the views breath taking an 3 pools are wonderful. Breakfast was good, needs some improvement but the staff were wonderful, the Indian restaurant on the roof was one of the best we been to in all our journeys in the world. The food here was so different and tasted amazing, thank you so much for great meal. If we returned to this area we definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well and for a really great stay.
